. TOURBIERES DE FRANCE created in 1979 by Philippe PASZULA,
. EUROP'AGRI  purchased in 1997 and whose principal activity is the distribution of culture medium on the GSA and GSB,
. SECRET VERT  bought in 2005 to continue the group's growth and complete its offer. The core of SECRET VERT is the manufacture and distribution of fertilizer on the soil and garden tours LISA. 
To better respond to all channels of distribution, EUROP'AGRI joined other manufacturers to create Euronatura Group.
